To create a forward-thinking and motivational workspace to accommodate the expanding team of LEAD TECH, a lead generation business.
./The designers at ./SSD were invited to work with LEAD TECH to create an exciting and engaging workspace. The design would rethink the behaviours of the 9 to 5 working day, promote trust and honesty through flexible working and increase productivity.
NO clock watching in this space, NO desire to escape at lunchtime, this office isn’t just an office…It’s a LIFESTYLE!
The ./SSD team challenged the standards of commercial design and created spaces within the design to encourage healthy living, fun, relaxation and friendly competition.
Who wouldn’t LOVE to work in an office with a JUICE BAR,
YOGA FLOOR, space for DANCING, TABLE TENNIS and GAMING…LEAD TECH has them.
The design also includes three multi-functional rooms tailored not just for the usual office needs but also the user’s emotional requirements.
Through colour and material study and incorporating unusual pieces of furniture and equipment, these rooms could be used for meetings, reading rooms, break out spaces, brainstorming, casual working and even a place to have an afternoon snooze.
